Step 2 of 3 · your order is not finished yet

Hold on. Your order is not finished.
You now know which lever. This is the twelve weeks after that.

The Real Reason gives you your top lever and four weeks on it. That is genuinely enough for a lot of men. But four weeks moves one thing, and you have five. This is the same method run properly across all five, in the order your assessment gave you.

A man at the end of a working day, looking at what is still to do

Why four weeks is a start and not a finish

Your Read ranks five levers. The four week protocol pulls the first one, properly, and measures it at both ends so you actually learn something. That is the point of it.

What happens next is the part every man in this position gets wrong. He finishes the four weeks, feels better, and immediately tries to do all five at once, which is the same mistake that made the gym loop and the supplement loop fail in the first place.

The twelve week version is simply the order, extended, with the second and third levers introduced at the point where the first one has actually stuck. Nothing here is new science. It is sequencing, which is the thing nobody sells you because it is not exciting.

What is in each phase

WeeksWhat you are doingWhat you are measuring
1 to 4Lever one only, from Your Read. Nothing else changes, deliberately, so the result is attributableThe same three markers at both ends, taken the same way
5 to 8Lever one holds, lever two comes in. The first checkpoint, where most men discover the ranking was rightWhether lever one held when your attention moved
9 to 12Lever three, plus the maintenance version of one and two. Built to survive a bad fortnight at workThe full re-run of the assessment, against week one
The finishA defined end. You are not on this forever and there is nothing to cancelYour week one and week twelve read, side by side

What this will not do. It will not tell you what your blood results will be at the end, because nobody honestly can. It is not medical treatment and it does not replace your GP. What it does is run one variable at a time so that at the end of twelve weeks you know which of the five actually matters for you, which is a thing you do not currently know and cannot get from an app.

This price exists at this point in your order only, because adding it now costs us nothing in processing. Buy it later and it is AU$149, and that is a real price, not theatre.

Twelve weeks, phase matched

Built from your own ranking, not from a generic template. Your order of levers drives the order of weeks.

One variable at a time

The whole reason your last three attempts taught you nothing. Change one thing, measure it, then move.

Written for a work roster

Assumes long days, a commute, a site or a desk, and a fortnight where it all goes out the window. There is a version of every week for that fortnight.

The week twelve re-read

The same assessment, run again, side by side with week one. This is the bit that tells you whether any of it worked.

A defined finish

Twelve weeks and it ends. No subscription, nothing renews, nothing to cancel.

No thanks, I will run the four weeks on my own

Same 30 day refund covers this too

Before you decide

Do I need this if I have the four week protocol?
No, and we would rather say that plainly. The four weeks is a complete thing and plenty of men run it, get their answer, and never buy anything else. This is for the man who already knows he will want the next three levers in order rather than guessing at them.
Is this more content or more work?
Neither, really. It is the same amount of work spread over a longer runway with the second and third levers introduced at the right point. The weekly commitment is the same as the four week protocol.
What if week five lands in the middle of a shocking fortnight at work?
There is a reduced version of every week for exactly that, and using it is not failing the programme. That is the difference between something written for a real work roster and something written for a gym.
Can I add it later?
Yes, at AU$149. The AU$79 is genuinely tied to this point in the order because the payment is already going through. Nothing disappears and no timer runs out.
