One last thing, and it is the one for the man who already measures everything except himself

The Performance Baseline. A benchmarked read on where you actually sit, against men your age, delivered as a single score and the two things most worth your attention. Built for the bloke who has a dashboard for the business and nothing at all for the thing running it.

Mid meeting, the moment the focus goes

Why a benchmark and not another protocol

Everything else in this order tells you what to do. This tells you where you currently are, which is a different and more uncomfortable question, and it is the one men in your position usually skip.

You already know the difference between a number and a benchmarked number. Revenue means nothing without last year beside it. Your energy, your recovery and your capacity have never once been put next to a comparison group. You have been guessing against a version of yourself from fifteen years ago, which is the least useful comparison available.

This gives you the comparison, in about thirty minutes of your time, and it is deliberately the fastest thing in the entire order because that is the constraint you actually have.

Said plainly, because this is the one most likely to be oversold elsewhere.

This is a structured self-report benchmark, not a medical test and not a diagnosis. It does not require a blood draw and it does not read your blood results. It cannot tell you that anything is wrong with you and it will not try. What it gives you is a like-for-like comparison and a ranked shortlist, which is exactly the thing a number on its own has never given you. If you want your actual blood work read by a practitioner, that is a conversation, not a checkout box, and it comes later if you want it at all.

Sold separately AU$390 AU$197 Final offer

This is the final offer. Nothing follows it. One payment, charged to the card you just used, covered by the same 30 day refund. After this page you go straight to your confirmation.

One benchmarked score

Where you sit against men in your age band across energy, recovery, sleep quality and capacity. One number, not forty.

The two-item shortlist

Not a plan. The two things that would move your score most, ranked, with the reasoning shown so you can argue with it.

Thirty minutes, once

Deliberately short. You do not need another thing to log into daily and we are not going to build you one.

A written summary you can hand over

One page, plain English, suitable for taking to your GP or your own practitioner. It is your document, not ours.

Re-run at week twelve, included

The comparison only means something twice. The second run is in the price.

No thanks, take me to my confirmation

Same 30 day refund covers this too

Fair questions

Is this a medical test?
No. It is a structured self-report benchmark. There is no blood draw, no sample, and no diagnosis at any point. If something in your answers suggests you should see a doctor, it will say so and tell you to go.
How can you benchmark me without testing me?
The same way any validated self-report instrument works: consistent questions, consistent scoring, compared against a reference group. It is a real method with real limits, and the limits are printed on your result rather than hidden.
Is this the blood work programme?
No, and we are being careful not to blur them. The programme where a certified practitioner reads your actual blood panel with you is a separate thing that is discussed on a call, never sold from a page. This is the fast benchmark, and plenty of men take it and stop there.
Can I expense it through the business?
Ask your accountant before you assume yes. In Australia personal health spending is generally not deductible, and a company paying for an owner's personal programme can create a fringe benefits or deemed dividend issue. We would rather flag that now than have you discover it in July.
What if I take it and the score is fine?
Then that is your answer and it is a genuinely useful one, which is why the refund exists. A fair number of men in your position get a result that says the problem is load and recovery rather than anything physiological, and knowing that is worth more than another protocol.
